Customer Services Assistant
Permanent role – 37.5 hours per week
Essential:

Minimum of 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) to include English & Maths at Grade C or above

Previous experience in customer service role, eg call handling, but may also consider retail and leisure

Engineering Technical Support
Specific Purpose (Maternity Cover) role – 37.5 hours per week
Essential:
-
Minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in an engineering-related or technical support capacity

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written

IT skills, in particular with MS software including Word, Excel, Visio, Access and PowerPoint

Familiarity with GIS mapping systems and their application within utility organisations
