Customer Services Assistant
Permanent role – 37.5 hours per week

Essential:

• Minimum of 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) to include English & Maths at Grade C or above

• Previous experience in customer service role, eg call handling, but may also consider retail and leisure

• Excellent IT, communication and people skills

• Ability to process large volumes of information quickly and accurately

• Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload

• A ‘can do’ attitude and eager to learn

Engineering Technical Support
Specific Purpose (Maternity Cover) role – 37.5 hours per week

Essential:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in an engineering-related or technical support capacity

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written

• IT skills, in particular with MS software including Word, Excel, Visio, Access and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with GIS mapping systems and their application within utility organisations

• Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise workload, in addition to being a team player
