Upgrade your chicken nuggets
Do your kids always jump at the chicken nuggets on the menu? Are they your secret guilty pleasure? This recipe gives chicken nuggets a serious upgrade! Cut the additives, fats and up the protein content. Made from scratch in under 30 minutes with wholesome ingredients, which will have both you and the kids asking for more!

How to prepare
Ingredients
- 3 large Moypark chicken breasts ( other chickens available)
- 1 coconut oil ( We used the Groovy Virgin Coconut )
- 1 large egg
- Paprika powder
- Slices of Wholegrain Bread
- Garlic powder
Method
Remove from processor and place into a large bowl, adding 1 tsp of paprika and garlic powder and stir well.
Once chicken is fully cooked, place in the food processor with one whole egg and blend until a smooth mushy texture forms. (yucky I know, but these are so worth it)
Roll out a sheet of tin foil and preheat the oven to 180°C. After all the chicken is used, one by one place each chicken bite in the bread crumbs and coat all over.
Before placing in the oven to toast. Melt a little unsalted butter and drizzle on top. Cook for 10-15 and remove from oven.
Get your dips at ready and get stuck in!
