How It Works

There are 4 easy steps to switch:

    Getting Started

    A firmus energy key account manager will receive your completed switch form details and arrange a visit with you to complete paperwork.

  • 2

    Switching Your Business

    Paperwork processed along with company credit check. Once all paperwork has been checked and credit check passed then the application can proceed. 
    We will contact your current gas supplier by sending a Termination notice (depending on the nature of the account the termination period can up to 28 days).

  • 3

    Your Switch Date

    Application submitted to the Network Operator to switch the natural gas supply.

  • 4

    Welcome!

    What happens next? 
    In or around the date of switch a meter reader will call to the property to obtain a meter read. This read is used to open the customer account with firmus energy and will be sent to the previous supplier to close off the account with them.

How It Works

    The Network Operator; Phoenix Natural Gas will notify us that you are interested in connecting to Natural Gas and have chosen firmus energy as your preferred gas supplier. A firmus energy key account manager will contact you and arrange a visit to complete paperwork.

    Switching Your Business

    Paperwork processed along with company credit check. Once all paperwork has been checked and credit check passed then the application can proceed.
    We will contact your natural gas network operator; Phoenix Natural Gas.

  • 3

    Your Switch Date

    Application submitted to the Network Operator for firmus to become your supplier from the date your meter is installed.

  • 4

    Welcome!

    What happens next?
    In or around the date of your meter install and switch to natural gas we will obtain a meter read from your Network operator. This read is used to open the customer account with firmus.
