Will I receive a bill in the post?

If you selected the firmus energy online discount offer, you will not receive paper bills in the post. You can view and print your bills through 'my account.'

  • To access your account simply click 'my account'. Enter your user name and password under the section "customer sign in”.
  • If you are unable to log in to ‘my account’ simply use our ‘ask a question’ form and select forgotten password. We’re happy to help!
