Do I need to buy a new Pay-As-You-Go Top Up card to switch?
No, simply take your existing SSE Airtricity card to your paypoint outlet as advised in your welcome letter and they will update this with your new firmus energy tariff.
* Full instructions will be sent to you close to your switch date. This only applies to customers with
red Pay-As-You-Go cards. If you have a blue card you will receive a new card around the date of your switch to firmus energy.
