1. If you have a blue pay-as-you-go card this begins with an ‘L’ and ends with an ‘M’ e.g. L0123456789M
2. Your Meter Serial Number. This can also be found on your meter and starts with an ‘E’. e.g. E6 S00123456789.
Red Pay-As-You-Go card
1. If you have a red pay-as-you-go card this begins with an ‘S’ e.g. S000123456789.
2. Your Meter Serial Number. This can also be found on your meter and starts with an ‘E’. e.g. E6 S00123456789.
