At firmus energy we’ve made things easy for our customers. You have access to
‘My Account’, where you can manage your account online 24/7.
Registering is easy and will only take a couple of minutes. Some of the benefits of registering for ‘my account’ include:
- Receive your bills online and save a tree or two!
- Pay your bills online anytime, day or night.
- View your bill history from the last year.
- Submit your own meter reads to receive discount and avoid estimated bills.
Payment difficulties
Please contact a member of the credit control team immediately on 0330 024 9000 if you are finding it difficult to make your bill payments. Our customer support advisors will be able to discuss all options available to you.
Electronic Bills
You can request for your bills to be sent electronically. Please contact us on 0330 024 9000
Minimum usage
Customer’s with a credit meter must pay for a minimum consumption of 419.5 kWh per quarter.
