“The Northern Ireland Authority for Energy Regulation (the “Authority”), in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 8(1)(c) of the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (the “Order”) and with the consent of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment hereby grants to BGE (NI) Supply Limited (registered number 5369108)2 a body corporate established in England and Wales under the Companies Act 1985 and having its principal place of business at Units A4 and A5, Kilbegs Business Park, Antrim, BT41 4LZ(the “Licensee”) a licence to supply gas”
